The Silver Envelope - Inviting new members
The Silver envelope is the official invitation to become a member in the RTNworld International Association of Art Media and Entertainment. The Silver envelope must be handled out by a council member and approved by the council. The official invitation is often handled over on industry events. There is just an exclusive minimum amount of people being invited each year by the association council. After receiving the silver envelope the member must return the invitation documents back to the association within two weeks before the invitation gets invalid. Once the membership forms are returned back to the association, the council is voting for the approval and the new member is officially welcomed in to the association. The process is strictly secret and council members are not allowed to speak about membership invitations outside the association unless the member was already approved by the council.
Silver Envelopes is recognition of outstanding performances in the creative industries. Only special members are acquainted carrying out the silver envelopes as the strict association guidelines requires.
Special Honour to the member Planting Tree Project
In 2009 the Association council established the planting three honours. Every member is supposed to get a tree that symbolizes achievement and individuality. The trees will be planted in different locations in the world. The association will also establish a park in Canada were members and fans of the association can visit there trees.
Tradition of the Silver Envelope
During the founding years of the association orange letters were carried out in order to inform and invite new companies to join the cooperation network. In an earlier Stage the Zadig Onnasch foundation has been carrying out Silver envelopes to invite special selected people to the dinner club. The Foundation was honouring special achievements but it was also a exclusive recognition of outstanding beneficial work of improving the society and environment as well as the personality of its recipient. It was said that only respectable and righteous people with a passion of sharing their knowledge and contributing with beneficial work for a better society were invited to the dinner club. The silver envelope was handled out to all kind of professions and spanning various classes of businesses. Zadig (Tzadik) on Hebrew and Arabic means to be righteous or to make justice. Onnasch (On Nasz) is Polish and Stands for "the one who belongs to us". This tradition of the silver envelope was taken over by the RTNworld International Association of Art Media and Entertainment and is today focusing on outstanding work and achievements within the art and creative industries. Today the invitation it self and the decision is carried out on behalf of professional awareness and achieved goals on a democratically base. The recognition of outstanding achievements by outstanding people within the creative industries thru the silver envelope is based on our goal to preserve cultural outstanding productions and work.
