The Council board and the representatives

Together with the president of RTNworld International Association of Art Media and Entertainment the council decides about approving and inviting new members as well as awarding outstanding people. Names and details about members are kept secret due to the guidelines. RTNworld will not publish names and details about council board members in order to ensure the associations independence. Just special nominated members of the council have the right to invite new members to the association. The invitation must be handled over in person directly to the member by the special silver envelope.

For regular already invited members it is possible to apply for a council membership but only the council is allowed to vote for an approval, if the applicant was recommended by a council member. Being a council member also means hard work attending meetings, events, and visit art productions around the world in order to vote for members and productions. Council members are responsible to report back to the association and recommend new members. In order to keep a wide eye on the business the amount of nominated council members must come and represent different fields of the art and creative industries. The new council was elected in 2006 by the members of RTNworld International Association of Art Media and Entertainment.

Important, outstanding productions and people are awarded by the association. The candle light dinner is a special event, were outstanding people are being honoured by the association in combination with beneficial work. The award ceremony only takes place when the list of nominees in three Categories is full. All members from the association can vote within their special competence field. In order to become a council member you must have been a member within the association for at least 3 years. Only council members can nominate and recommend a new member. The President of the international Association of Art Media and Entertainment and the council is not employed by the association.

Organisation
The Council Board is includes experts and members of the association from all countries and all fields in the media and creative industry such as, Music industry, Fashion industry, Motion Picture Industry, Art Stage Performance industry, PR and Communication industry, Television and Broadcasting Industry. The work is organized and based on an American Council with an own symbol and a European council. Council members from Africa and Australia are put together in the Asian Pacific Council. The association is currently setting up an own council for Asia. Within the council board groups of the different continents members are meeting up regularly and reporting directly to the President of the International Association of Art Media and Entertainment.

Board of representatives

The board of representatives includes people from the companies working in the creative industries. Sharing the knowledge and expertise as well as inform the association about news and happenings in the industry is an important function of this board.
The board of representatives can not vote in the association is working independent from the association.

Awarded & Labelled by RTNworld

The association council is awarding and labelling outstanding productions around the world, such as stage performances, motion pictures, music productions, fashion and design, and art performances/ productions. In order to receive such a label at least two council members must have seen and recommended the art performance, and the association council must have approved the label by voting 100% for the art production.

The labels can be used as a promotion tool for promoting Screenplays and Stage performances, Theatrical plays or other performances. The label of RTNworld International Association of Art Media and Entertainment is one of the world's best quality marks and trusted brands world wide in the entertainment and art industry.
